New Merger Style Suggestion

Since we already can tell that merging doesn't really help balance the server much, I have a new suggestion. I'm not sure if it will be easy to code but it's just something that might make things more balanced and more fun.

How about you have three servers volunteer to be tests and you take three unbalanced servers and put them each into a new country?

For example, pretend that s36, s37, and s38 are unbalanced. You ask their active players if they are okay to all merge into one country in a new special merged server. If they agree, you put all of s36 into shu, all of s37 into wu, and all of s38 into wei. You already warned them that the country will be random and they might not be in their original country and they already agreed so they will not compain that they didn't want to be wu or wei.

One problem I can think of is server overload. So many new players might make a server lag.

Thoughts?

might be good since all the players on the same server can be united as 1 instead of being opponents.

My suggestion
1) group 3 strong Shu into one server and random country for 3 of Shu into Wu,Wei,Shu.

For example, S38 Shu too strong change to S37 to become S37 Wei . Then S37 Wei changed to S38 become Shu.
Also, S39 shu too strong also change to S37 to become S37 Wu. Then S37 Wu changed to S39 become Shu.
By this way, we can group 3 strong shu together become perfect, balanced, active server.
Other 2 server also can be balanced properly.
