1. I recommend that winning gold should be 100% for participants, not choose randomly. It will encourage more people to join the events. Besides, it also does not discourage people already joined events.

I personally join winning golds events but last two gold events I meet all requirements and always post in top 10 threats but havenot received any gold package in game. Some event take our time to complete it. So it should be 100% reward for us. The prize is actually not too much compare to your gold price.

2. Another option for this is to limit participants, 100% reward, not selected randomely. Like first 40-50 threads will be 100% reward if meeting all requirements. There is no point if we actively complete event tasks in top 5 or 10 posts and the winners is selected from top 20-30 posts. So the one is actively playing game and joining event the most in top 5-10 will be disappointed, you will lose the most active players.

Keys: high quality customers service is not only to call customers for action, but also engage customers to our game. Prize limitation is a call for action to join events & game actively to win reward, 100% win will engage more users to check forum or enter game, and join event. The more players enter game/forum, the more active players you will have. The more players you have, the higher the chance non cash players convert into cash players.
