transfer of Nations

This idea was brought to my attention from another player i talked to and i thought it might be a good idea and solve alot of the problems servers are having.  There should be some way that a person can pay (whatever gold price u decide) to transfer an account to another nation as long as it is on the same server.  And that transfers can only be once every 6 months or something like that per account.  If a server is unbalanced and lets say for instance, shu is dominating the map, if someone isn't happy playing on shu anymore because of overcrowding or wants more of a challenge they should have the option to pay some gold to transfer their account to either Wei or WU.  This may help balance out some of the server problems (or it could make it worse).  Would you consider something like this in the future?  Maybe everyone can leave their comments here to see if its something that people would like or would try.  Thanks for reading
