Details:
During the event time, player above Lv. 70 will get one ticket every time spending 500G. The ticket can be used in Slot Machine to draw and win the corresponding rewards. Please click to claim before start the next draw.
Join - Click ‘Events’ and join Slot Machine.
Ticket- When you consumed 500G, one ticket will be sent to you automatically.
Draw- Use one ticket to spin once.
Claim- Claim the corresponding rewards.
1 unused ticket = 300K Food

Notes:
1. Free chances will be given to players at 00:00 a.m. every day. Free chance will be consumed prior to tickets.
2. Lv. 70 is required to join this event.
3. Tickets are sent to your account automatically. When the event ends, each unused ticket will be converted into 300K Food and added to your account.
4. When event ends, unclaimed reward will be converted into 300K food and sent to you.

I have spoken with chen several times on this ! I had won my.lu from the wheel a while back and when i hit claim it jumped to the next prize ... It did it twice and i reported it and they say thanks for the support but its random... And i explained i had no problems with my connection to the internet and if i knew i was gonna be overlooked i would have screen shot it , and now it will slow to the character and land on the next prize like they are doing it on purpose since ive been bugging them about my issue . so if they want to treat their paying customers like this i will spend my money else where . i see several players on my server with all special characters and i spend over $130 us dollars on the wheel for my lu got her twice and now every time i try the spin or slot i see it slows down on the character and then jumps to next prize as if covering up the fact it was their mistake and now as if taunting me to see if i will have the same problem , its not random and i feel like i have been cheated and set to not recieve any characters that are available i asked to fix it and i get brushed aside so i have explained this to a person with knowledge on this matter and know what steps have to be made so just some info for all you players to watch out on what you spend your money on
