Whats the difference between lead and force in a hero?

I am a newbie here.
I notice that heroes has Lead and Force.
What's the difference?

Should I have a hero that has high lead and low force or vice-versa?

Please enlighten me.

From what i know:
Higher Lead = % of blocking opponent's skill attack
Higher Force = caused more damages on opponent.

Higher Lead = higher skill attack and block
Higher Force = Higher normal attack and defense
