Summon liegement probability

Dear sir,
I found that the probability in liegement summon is harsh.i play in few servers but always repeat n keep repeating the low or common liegement.those rare heroes cant say rarely show,It should say it totally not showing up at all.maybe I am not from old old server but this is the sound of some players.for example,no body get guanyu,zyun,zoo ci,liu bei,zgliang,squan,saying,lubu...etc.....can u pls adjust the chance for those nice heroes for summon,no fun at all to take the same for days,weeks,months even years.....except raise chances,maybe u can create more matches in liegement then must hv more fun.

Liegemen is a really interesting aspect for in this game. There are many event that give you voucher, there are many event that give you resource like iron and super iron, there are new event to easily raise hero level, there is event that give many advance order which made suit far easier to get but there is...NO EVENT FOR LIEGEMEN YET. Please GM, consider my idea to make an event about collecting liegemen. Thx for reading post.
