Arthur please help

Many accounts have either hacked or banned,kAKATUA is one of these accounts S18/S15 I can't find a bann list with these accounts on it ,this is not a clone account and the owner is not happy.he needs some sort of explanation to what is happening

Thank you Arthur but now we have a bigger problem someone managed to see our pass words and 5 accounts have been stolen how do the people reclaim their own account?

Arthur can you lock the said account and restore the original email so the original owner can retrieve back the account ??

All these accounts have been stolen we need them all frozen until owners can reclaim them

Personal info really this guy didnt give personal info to steal the accounts now he's kicking us out of our castles with our own accounts
