could you provide the screenshot to identify their ign (main acc or clones acc) and server, we will check and banned them immediately, as long as you provide evidence.

The bot program require a pc to play. As long as you use pc to login clones, chances of tracing the main ID is pretty easy.

I seen the bot program before and know how it works

If you have have the privilege to use it, just train the main ID. Not abuse the program with clones
