Refund gold spend on recent personal server contest

during personal contest , lineup was frozen and we couldn't change the formation unless we reload the game , we lost a couple of rounds because we didn't understand it at first , many other players couldn't reload in time before next round because of slower connections , that is the problem that Sphinx54 is complaining about , and there are many more players with same problem , especially first round , many players raised and then couldn't change formation , as for providing a screenshot , I mean come on , how can anyone make a screenshot of himself trying to change lineup with a frozen lineup , maybe soon we will start our cams each time we play COTK , so please , us players we just want solutions , you are not the enemy so no need to defend yourself to us , just help us with our problems and we are happy then , thank you for your understanding

Sir, each time when u want to change the formation, u need to save it after u changed the formation and this could only be done before the contest started, thx for ur understanding

I am aware of that , when a new challenge is ready , we try to change the lineup before the 30 seconds lock time , we couldn't change it even when the timer was still at 1 minute and 30 seconds , that is the problem

It's not my first day playing COTK.. I am well aware that we have to save after changing the formation and before 30s left on the timer. The problem/issue/bug faced by many of us is that we cannot change the formation at all.

It's been more than a week and there is no resolution from you.

Would appreciate a prompt and fair reply from you on this matter.
