Their purpose is to make Unbalance country so the strongest can keep Recharge to them.
They don't care about this game.

Money is the most important thing.

Just check the current world event. You can see the sum of player difference in s40 between Shu Wu Wei.

Gm never ask the king or ppl on that server bfore merger. They wont to be merger or not. Yuuup only care about money not this game
