If everyone can agree that would be the best. But we all know roughly who will not agree to this. I think every country, shu wei and wu have someone that will prefer only to see other country suffer.

For those players who are only concerned about leveling (like me), I will just have to live with it and find new ways to die.

But yes, if all can agree I think it is great for 50% and country upgrade.
