GM said they rule is to protect player....who is been protect with this GM.....anyone can see suwandi is rank 1 in the last contest....but GM said no 1 is sima....and now GM hack and change pswrd suwandi acct......in my country i call u GM DOG KONTOL.....

I think no matter what we say here in forum, it does not a big impact as this is an internal forum. Means, those who read this is already a player of COTK. There will be no marketing impact on it, thus, even if the response is slow or no response at all, the outside world will never know this problem.
However, if the complain is made on their official FB page and then being shared and like all around, that will definitely impact their marketing of the game. Thus, they will surely try to answer and solve all the problem immediately that is rise on social media to maintain their PR for the game.
just my 2 cents worth of advice there...
