If shu too overpower then merge to s1 . We need shu for fight wei in s1. I bet no shu can stand wei s1

Yeah not balance can make Country with more power will more powerfull caus harvest iron everyday, i think reclamation not good idea GM

If merge to s1 I will make sure that AShu wandi just leave Yecheng only.
