Recharge Problem

Hey Admin COTK . can u solve my problem ? i just recharge before but with wrong account , or my 2nd account on same server . i want that point can back to my real account .
That Have the point :
IGN      : ChangBuih
Server : S14 - Barbarian Riot
To :
IGN : ☺RangLamo (ALT + 1025RangLamo)

well admin... my biggest concern is that I need to be certain that the problem will not happen when I recharging again...

cause i want and need to recharge as soon as possible, but i am affraid it will fail again...

if u saw my screenshots, there are transactions that only buy for 1 point..
cause I was just checking if I could recharge it or not

admin... what if i cant provide order screenshots..? cause i didnt make an ss when i order it...
is it means my problem cant be solved..?
if it could be solve in other way, please help me..
but if it couldnt without order ss and i lost my money, so be it...

but i need to recharge... so i will recharge again and this time i am make sure i will make screenshot at all pages... this is a good lesson tho...

my sugesstion is, since this problem happen to many players recently, so u guys must check your payment system...
