Legal of course why shouldn't legal many said " it is just a waste if the account being abandoned" so the left players in the game multifunctioning them to clear path to reach opponents capital, securing pathaway by planting tons and auto off, multiplying "destined to be retired id" as an important key of winning victory in any ebents, tourney

This is really the most important question of all. Can one player from one ip and/or machine, play more than one account. Everyday GM don't enforce his stand on this One answer, the subsequent discussions of the method used to play these additional accounts will also be contested as aptly seen from most of similar discussions that ends inconclusive. I would strongly encourage the GM to respond if playing more than one account is allowed and more importantly, Will be enforced every single day. It's a genuine question on everyone's mind, whichever side of the fence we sit on.
