just want to add something here... If the review of this games is bad on all application platform (App Store or Play Store) and even on social media that they use (e.g using a hash tag to twit and create a big buzz on the social media), I think they will finally notice it and will start to seriously looking into the matter.
such as #COTKhack or #COTKfail might works for this.
Every company need a marketing on their product, and even a negative marketing still consider a marketing. So at the end, Heyshell should be proud if the players are making complains (negative marketing) to them for free. That's a privilege they can't have themselves.
