Dear Athur,
The above problem also happen to my account and it also happened yesterday.
I called the CS by phone and they said their server Down and pls wait for 24 hours, and today i call back and they said their system is run well and the problem is from Heyshell..
Please check this account, yesterday i purchase 32x0.1 point via fortumo
