Is COTK being phased out?

Just curious if you guys are phasing this game out. Although you've been adding new servers and new stuff but none of them are free. It's like you guys are trying to milk a cash cow and not trying to get in new new players. There are no new forum events or login events with gold given out. There are also no event since last CNY to give players heroes or resources which means this will be a totally pay to play game after all what is the fun of playing if you do not have deep pockets?
