I like the logic behind what you said , the ability to change country for 1 time using gold looks promising , especially since it is to move to a country with less people , not the ones overpopulated , but still with ppl using clones a lot lately , some weak countries have high number of useless players , I don't know how they can address that , but the idea itself looks promising
