lol,even my recharge that actually giving heyshell money ,that i want to use for claim in tourney that pending because of nobody from heyshell that stand by at event time,they just say that is my paytment channel problem ,not even a compensation (later then said sorry after banned my id in forum for 7 days)

how can forget claim heyshell will give compensation ? heyshell will just said like now the said ,sorry and good luck ,lol just the same with athur style i see

You are provided with a reason before being banned. Please check your PM. And the bonus does need to be claimed by players themselves because bonus is offered to active players and those who participated in event. Thanks for your support and understanding.

thats a funny reason and as a force reason chen ,even stupid person can know that chen.
thats truely your team fault ,and because of that i lose my interest in game also, my payment channel are answering me that time ,not more than 10 minutes after i sent them the email,and your team reply me after  2 days my email sent,after the event finish ,so still my payment channel fault chen?

my payment channel are online everyday and when i mail always reply me not more than 10 minutes ,they even have team support fast , how can the game online not stand by ??

as you know game online is sopposed to be online 24 hours ,and the customer service supposed to be there everyday to back up their precious player ,because their player that giving recharge for heyshell,but your team just wnt on vacation at event time ,and blame all to player side

forceing heyshell reason to be true ,but we all know that is heyshell unprofesional system that cause it ?
