If you use certain models of Samsung  or some of Android cellphones, you are advised to download APK from http://www.heyshell.com/cot/download/.
While you log in through computer, we advise you to scan and clear the buffer of your browser and computer.
Besides, please make sure that your Internet connection is under good condition. The faster, the better.
