The answer and solution only make the member more and more angry because I think they only care about the money we spend to recharge.. same like if you can't play again is not my business because I already have your money..
All this complained never get solution..
Maybe Heyshell don't know how to fixed the problem and only know how to get money....
They only make new server to get more and more money from new member.. they don't want to fixed the problem seriously... or maybe they don't know how to fixed..
When this game is don't have any member again, they don't care because they already have much much money to start new business..
Soon or later there will be come someone who starting a movement campaign "say no to cotk"

I already tried to uninstal and then download again.... when I try to use my old account nothing happen and I have to start at the beggining .. what I should do to get my old account

Hi Oudh,

I concur with what you are saying . I got the same problem from my old account. where I created a new account and start all over. Now the problem comes up again, my new account direct me to create a new game!!???..
