dragon and devine suit

i have over a month get a dragon and devine suit, but is useless because i dont have much hidden skill lvl5 (4 star) equips.

maybe cotk can make dragon and devine suit work with only 3 stars equip, maybe you can down grade power etc dragon and devine suit if they make with 3 stars equippss.
please to be attention

i played cotk since oct 2014 in s20, and now i have 107 lvl, but i only have 6-7 4stars equips. to make 1 equip 4 stars need 1month refine
