Thank you for your feedback. Did you mean you can not claim in 'King's Reward'? Does it happen to you or some of players in s35?Besides, the compensation is provided for players who manage to take part in cheering for the Super Tournament. And they need to be above Lv. 75.

I ignorantly raised for sima on second round of the final, for 14g, and i only got the regular, free 140 vouchers as the result, whilst my status said my total voucher would be 280.. Saved screenshot, still losing my precious gold.. thought everything will be okay after my first failed raise on semi-final

I still can raise on second round, and stated succeeded, got the pop up thingie said my total voucher is 280. If we can't raise on second round then why the button still can be pushed..

maybe the game were too heavy neither your connection was having troubles since that moment many id went online

yes gm, i already cheered and lvl 93, but i cant see on kings reward for compensation reward,

some player on s35 wei didnt got it.

Actually the compensation has expired now because of updates.
But you mean the problem popped up yesterday and we will look into it.
