That's true but you need to use Ultimate Refine for several times to upgrade it to all lv. 5 attributes. But I am sure the times needed will be much fewer than advanced or free refine.

What is unlock exploit slaves do in VIP6?

You can gain a certain amount of Exp from the slave you captured.
After you unlock the function of exploit, you can gain more Exp from slaves.

Work level affects the Exp you can gain from each slave. You can see it in the pic below. The upper part shows the level of slave camp, while the bottom part means work level. For vips above vip6, gold is needed to exploit slaves and get extra Exp.

It is available to recharge on mobile phone. Both Android and iOS device can do it.
We have only altered the way to recharge via FB.
