different country servers

hi,

i play this game occasionally but today i read the first time that there are different servers for countrys like now with the war of glory vs japan, but how do i know for which country i play ?
besides i found in the search from facebook that there is a clash of three kingdoms 2 but with the same servers as for the normal one, where´s the difference now ??

as i said, it shows that it would be clash of three kingdoms 2 but for example when you click to go the fanpage it will redirekt you to your normal mainpage and Facebook
can anyone help with the Country Servers ?

Yes that is the same one I play on Facebook. But since it was mentioned about contrys I thought I could for example acces to a Server or Version which not only has english Version but also english speaking Players
