So the clone doesnt need to be 10, you mean this? If so I am definitely agree.
But if you let MAIN ACCOUNT creates up to 9 clones and you said it "just" 9 acct not 10,  then your/CoTK will to fight against clones is rubbish.

we will banned the clones immediately no matter how many, but we want to give chance to our player ...

If you want to figt clones, doesn't need to wait MAIN ACCOUNT creates 10 cloned, 1 clone is enough.
Banned that clone permanently.
