how do u know same person log on more than one id in one server? if u give us correct answer... its a good idea... n sooner much server must be merge with other server... but please create balance server before merge

chen... i have question,
1. if u detected clone by ip address how u judging 10 ppl who use same wifi router??
2. the other case... sometimes i open 2 ids in the same time in the same browser for exchanging arena with my firiend coz that will be shortcut for our time did u frozen both of us???
3. another question if u detected by device code can we summon our friends id?? coz we do rotating for summon for another id when someone have business in real life...(we try to do summon 24 hours daily) that will help us build grow more faster since some of us is low vip or non vip (we r poor ppl who play expensive game)... did u  frozen all of us too??
4. what clones criteria??? non vip, low level or what?? coz some ppl didnt get vip yet n some ppl just do fun for play cotk n still got low level
5. i suggest u just frozen id when u detected he/she use more than 4 id in the same time, in the same server, in the same browser, in the same device n in the same ip address... it will be save for u n for us as ppl
6. I support this banned action for clones... but we will going hard to get easy kill n duel for event or etc... since our food still going reduce day by day n chest didnt help much coz just payback 50% food from our needed for daily (remember we r poor player who play expensive game n didnt dream to reach vip 8)
7. by massive banned for all clones like this u will get more unbalance server, for next merge please do this carefully coz u just raise player from same country, reopen new server is bad idea for me

ok... i understand your privacy policy.... but for point 2 n 3 please do not frozen id who do like we did, or u will make more player running out from this game. so for the convenience of our common please take note point 5 before u frozen id

how long u save this chat??? siauwen not active since we merge with s24, xelox is real PPL,not clone at all.... Khongming n Kongming is diff ppl.... Khongming like to chat but kongming is silent ppl since i know him before 21 merge with 22, silvercrow is real ppl n as i know he just online at night, zhaoyun is diff with evozhaoyun... zhaoyun is like to get ol to every server, but evozhouyun is member of s22 sice a long ago i know them both truly diff... machao 10 i didnt see him much after merge with s24 coz he said was busy in real life now.... wongdheso is real ppl i always chat with him at midnight... so the name u show us all from them is real pll n real id.... no clone at all... thats fact... dont judge anyone if u dont know the truth.. especially xelox... his ex king shu21 for along time service..

easy answer bro... we have much ppl online during event, thats real ppl n real id... we all have 17 castle x 3 ppl = 51 ppl thats all is real n active ppl coz we have merge for 2 times 21 to 24 (4 server).. n many others didnt get castle at stay at kirk castle thats around 20 more ppl... if we all online maybe we can reach 100 ppl x 5 gen = 500 gen, but this day not much ppl still active just around 60-75 ppl online evryday... thats why u always see we r get huge number... n u all judge shu 21 making clone, we r never use clone bro...
