anyway i don't know if anyone have noticed this
try this with unused id or retired character
buy something or anything from vendor 1x
going offline and next login is around reset time
your vendor is not refreshed
does that mean vendor refreshed (if we online)

I have not notice this problem before. But I just tested it and find the reset time still goes even  ...

what i mean is the stuff is not reset i will add screenshot for just reset vendor,next login i will make soon after reset

no i will prove to you that "offline" account ,vendor also doesn't refresh i will post another screenshot after reset daily
since last refreshed around 8pm if not wrong

but it's all over and i post again the vendor of 5 am

as you see when character going offline the vendor also offline it refresh time will be to next refresh schedule right after online
9pm is last refresh time of vendor while next refresh schedule is 10 am

yes as i mentioned before first screen shot is 11am i bought stuffs then offline next online is 5 am during that period normally if online vendor already refreshed right but if online after 9pm you will see that vendor stuff still the same with bought already stuff
i experienced this when i was busy with work i just can online around 1-3am so i always bought nothing
