COTK email not working & game is lagging

I tried to send an email to the following, however it could not be delivered.

This game recently takes up too much memory. It wasn’thappening before. Please resolved this or I’m quitting caused it affecting allmy other programs. I have provided a ss showing it's using 650k of memory.

I have already restarted my comp and cleared my cache multiple times but it's still extremely slow.

My friend is using IE and it seems to be working. I'm using chrome and it seems to be take up a lot of resources for this game. can you pls check on that?

because we have to use these two info to identify your computer hardware.

my computer hardware is working fine. All other programs are working and I have been playing this game for 1 year. It is only take up tons of memory resources these past few days.
I have tried using IE and it seems to be much faster. can you please fix the problem with chrome. Thanks.

GM its extremely slow now in chrome , starting from friday.... i haven tried other browsers though , something is wrong with ur site , it takes nearly 3min to load it
