What is the "Rest" & "Deploy" button mean? Y "Rest" when u got Chariot? Of course it must be deploy. ...

It means Chariot are not brought to battlefield and your heroes won't cast chariot skill. But the attributes Chariot add will not be removed.

Your need to level your Iron Chariot to the highest level, then you can build Flame Chariot.

When you get the Flame Chariot, the Iron Chariot is replaced and the basic attributes are reserved to your generals.
