Seven catches not working

Seven catches shows on my event logs but when I tap join on the event nothing happens... Is it not working for me? How can I fix it?

Dear player, first make sure you join the event and launch Duel, Shadow, Kill in the world map; and kills collected in Arena, Trial Tower, Crusade, Biography, Instance, Server Events are excluded. Here is the reference:
