No exp boost

GM can you explain how my general die and only receive 80,000 experience with 180,000 troops?
My xp boosts at the time were:
50% MoH
50% Handan
30% Boost Up event
30% War experience
10% Drill exp
6% Training Order
Please help look into this

Should have been much much higher.

GM do you know why this happened?
Not the 1st time I have seen it so an explanation would help me understand

By the way YES it's still happening more than 24hrs now
With all the boosts above was about 80k xp -- now without MoH boost in Wu'an (30%) still about 80k xp
