Siege Bonus Level 95

Hi there GM,

I got much more than 1500 sieges by the time I reached Lv95, and when I hit Lv95 I still couldn't claim the 10mil EXP bonus reward. Now I'm Lv96 and the screen shows the next level (Lv100, 1750 wines, 10mil EXP); it looks like the system completely skipped over my bonus for Lv95. I track the EXP progress of my character, so I know I never got that 10,000,000 boost.

I'm sure there's some way for you guys to track my account, and I'm confident whatever you find will back up what I'm saying. I don't care about clicking on the claim button, but can I please get 10mil EXP added to my character?

I don't know if you guys did anything to fix this issue (I suspect you did) but it's done! I got to click on the button and everything!

Hi GM!

OK, so I did end up getting my Lv95 bonus. Lv95 bonus is received, and all is good there. However, I am now Lv102, and the same problem has happened again with my Lv100 Siege and Duel rewards.

To be clear, I have received my Lv95 bonuses, but I have NOT yet received my Lv100 EXP Bonus Rewards (Siege and Duel).

Thank you! I decided to report this much later this time since the first time, the problem seemed to have worked itself out within a few days, but this time it doesn't seem to be getting any better.

My IGN is ZhongLi and my server is S55 (Shu). Thank you!

Dear player, pls make sure if you were meeting the requirements of the level and the siege numbers or win duel numbers, because only when you simultaneously satisfied these two conditions can you claim the bonus.

Yes. I have over 1750 sieges but never got my 10million EXP reward for Lv100 or my Duel reward for for Lv100. I know right now it's greyed out because it's showing the reward that should be coming up when I hit 2000 sieges and Lv105, but what I'm saying is that the reward I should have gotten for Lv100/1750 sieges got completely skipped over.
