Gold purchase shortfall

Kindly help to check on the last transaction of 660 golds as google email 4 successfully done.Actual only three transacted ingame

Total for the day was 4 times purchased with the last one not transacted.
Prior to the last 2 transactions, a total of 6 hammers were received. All have been used.

Following up with another 2 transaction which only one was done. Hammers received 3.

Gmail from google shows 4 transaction for deduction were made.

The above issue was resolved but just happen a new one where the amount was suddenly reduce from 600 plus to 300 today.
There were no use of my gold when it reach 600 plus
