Trouble connecting to Heyshell server

Team COTK,

Pls look into the issue on connecting to your main server.
Need to load so long just for your main website, heyshell.com.
Not to mention loading your app in facebook is even longer since yesterday.
Is there a problem routing from our side to your main server?
Packets keep dropping and I either get DC or cant even connect to your game through FB account.

I'm able to login via FB now not as bad as few days ago.

still cant play thru heyshell, facebook..maybe my laptop is broken

I guess you need to check your modem.
You need to check if your laptop is on WiFi or LAN connection.
If LAN need to check the cable connection.
If WIFI connection, check on your modem/router or if your laptop have already connected to your router/modem via wifi

already checked bro,im using wifi.
i checked the game using dev tools in facebook.there was error 404 on history.css and history.js
i dunno what its mean but it cant load the game
