cant build armament

why i cant build juma armament, i already get 5 juma blue print, silver and wood enough, build botton is green colour, but when i press it nothing happen....

after build, every times forge need to restart my browser, what happen, where is GM???

there are locks, we are not sure what it does yet. I am thinking that in the future you will find blue prints to enhance each one
