Account HACKED! Emailed & PM GM at FB for more then 16hours... No REPLY!

Dearest GM,


my account was hacked. IGN: Johnson888 from S21.

Heyshell emailed me on 6th July 2017 at 2217hours stating that my email associated with my account has been changed. (I didn't change at all)

They wrote, If this wasn't done by yourself, please TRY to login and reset your password for your account safety. (How can i login when the email also have changed to another one)

I wrote an email to Heyshell and used Facebook messager to pm GM... It has been more then 16hours yet no reply.

Is this the way you are protecting your player where i have spent more then 40 thousand sgd dollars recharging for playing this game more then 3year?

I mean why the security to protect user data is so shallow that people can hacked in easily and change the email that corresponded to my id? They didn't even need to login my email for confirmation check purposes.

I am writing this thread to ask for (1) Retrieve back my ID as of date 6th July 2017 at 2216hours. - My full stats shall not be lost! Inint from 13286 drop to 5k LOL!
                                                    (2) The person IP address so that i can take legal advise and action.
                                                     (3) Improve your security system as to protect all player data.

Lastly, my team at S21 Shu have all bonded over the pass few years. We have not been lacking of teamwork. We inspire one another. But this miserable inccident have causes quite a big issue to all now. Please expedite this matter and give S21 Shu an ANSWER ASAP!

Gm must take action fast,,,this hackers must be found and punishim to afraid to rc now,,,spend so many $$$  and got hacked  ...

GM. Please be aware with this issue. As u see.. we shu21 players one of the top players that loyal to ur game. Please fix this problem. Do appropriate actions to solve this... get back our king ID. U can check the history of changing pasword of any account i believe. See that and track that. 2nd one, get ur game better security system for us players.
