Lag and disconnection

Having this issue constant DC for the past hour.

Getting disconnected everynight.
I did constant ping to heyshell and there'll always be packets drop from time to time everynight
Ask your technical team to fix this problem, its really annoying getting disconnected every now and then during night time.

Anyone else having disconnection issue during reset period?
Everyday recently around 2hours before reset will start disconnecting constantly every 5mins.
I played other games and browse other sites totally no issue when disconnected from COTK server.
During disconnection I totally can't access any heyshell related web and game except FB page.
GM ask your technical team to troubleshoot disconnection issue from your server during reset period.

最近每天大约2小时前，每隔5分钟不断的断开连接。
从COTK服务器断开连接时，我玩其他游戏并浏览其他网站完全没有问题。
在断开连接期间，我完全无法连接heyshell相关网页和游戏除了FB页面。
请告知您技术团队在关于服务器断开连接问题并解决这问题。

They need to do something about it.
I'm getting dced very constantly at during last event timing onwards..
