Title: Hot event rewards
Why can I not claim hit event rewards? I am lordnelson server 18. I had same issue on server 17 and never received them. These delays and issues have resulted in me missing bounty rewards on tsi ci on two servers now. Can you offer me some compensation please?

You must defeat them first in instance to claim those gold

I have defeated them in server 17 and was unable to in server 18 within time due to a series of problems with reward system! Terrible and a waste of money. Please suggest some compensation to my account?
