i topup usd 25 via mol but i dont receive any points

I too recharged through mol on 11th October, 2014, but still have not received any points. I have emailed to COTK many times with proof. Wonder why it is taking so long.

1.  I recharged 3 times on 11 Oct 2014 and once on 26 Oct 2014 as shown on the screenshot attached.

Sorry i did't see your notice. I almost gave up hope because I thought you are ignoring me.

No, I have not received the points yet.

I recharged three times on 11th Oct, 2014: 10 points, 10 points and 200 points.

And I recharged once on 26th Oct, 2014: 20 points.
