From Event....all special heroes are from events with an exception to the 3 lords which you can buy using vouchers.

since the first time liegeman implemented until this day the time still not enough ?

The probability to get different liegement should be bigger than right now.
I have 3 liegements that is MAX and still get those card even converted to 1000 souls,
still it useless compare to 4 hours and sweep from trial towel which is in 4 hours I can
get 10,000 souls.
