Yes. I cant log in since last night. Have try uninstall app but still cant log in.

had the same problem last night. Reinstalled app and it works fine after for me.

are u using android or ios? I'm using ipad to play and reinstalling the app works. If its android then i'm not so sure how to solve this. sorry.

im wonder why im only one having this issue (Parameter is null or wrong format). even i try to log in though PC version also got same problem. But i can log in and play in other server... Im not leaving S14 because im VIP there and played nearly a year.. Appreciate any help from mod?

Oh did you try to select server as s12? Instead of choose 14?.
