Tourney end,and player cannot claim voucher without gold,so what use for this Recharge,Heyshell very lousy,sometimes we pay gold for nothing.

I recharge from app, have no problem. Now I'm also bored with cotk. They promised to finished clones issue, but everyday clones is being created. And you could understand how bored when you fight against those clones.

usually i recharge with gudangvoucher app always no problem,get the gold right away,like the first day tourney,i rc twice at 13 march,just use it for claiming voucher
but at 14 march ,i recharge ,and they stop the point to my id
from 14 until 15 cannot recharge again ,and cannot claim anymore
and they process it right at 9.37 at 16 morning,one day after tourney finish ,cannot do anything with the voucher claim anymore

i quit this game now ,tired of heyshell lame work
let my id become clone for others in shu now
elite clone

Poor hey shell, day to day top vip and good players quit one by one. I know we all like the three Kingdom, too bad that heyshell gives us the poor service and support. Most of retired players are high vip, heyshell should know, this game survive by their support, if they dont know how to keep them or make them happy, sooner or later this game gonna bankrupt. I used to tell them already most of event are up on weekend but at the weekend they dont work, no support no reply any bug happen and other issue.
Later on they just come up and say: your request has been record, we will forward this to our staff. Now i dont really care asking for help from them. One i find another better game, i can just quit.

well i am surely quit from this game now , they make mistakes and just keep telling us to keep playing without any change or compensation of their fault ,that is imposiblle things to do

first time my recharge like this 200 point,was gone without heyshell process it ,and i still let it be (until now the point gone like wind and my balance already cut in my gudang voucher account)

now this is the second one ,already give up with their poor service and system

hope we meet again in other game sima

but i really dont want to be your opponent ,lol

Sir, why would we delay u to recharge, that sounds doesn't make any sense. Pls allow us be specific, that is the way u recharged is via GV, so, only the money we receive from GV, can we give the corresponding points to u, and GV is the intermidiator, thx for ur understanding, we never delay any recharge done by players

Your problem is you do not have power and authorized to make any significant changes in this game. And the one who hold the authority hide like turtle in the shell called heyshell, Su Dou Wu Gui !!! every critics sent to this turtleshell company are not proffesionally taken care. Ry4i7 case for example, he recharged for the vouchers he aimed and the poins came in after the event, you cannot do anything like giving him another chance to buy because the error was either in your company or your partnership company. No matter which side was wrong at this matter, you earn money from the partnership and you MUST solve it with them. Not only capable to say we are sorry we already checked bla bla bla which disadvantage the player side. That is the main problem!! you treated players like shit and till this moment you still argue and have no idea whats wrong with that. You said you are eager to talk and try your best, then prove it like a gentleman. If you are only a small part of this company with small role who incharged of service in this forum and cant do anything, then lure your leader out from the turtleshell and face the players with gut if he do have one cause he run this turtleshell company like stinky pussy and a big shame and failure to china product as we always recognized all this time.

When you read this post and still hiding, then you really should consider yourself "Se Bai Ce" and catagolized yourself amongs other failures
