In order to obtain a finished product which can be sold, the insulated conductors (flexible or rigid) and some small cables have to be coiled into bound coils, wrapped in plastic or shrinking foil and sometimes packed in cardboard boxes and placed on pallets.

These operations can be done manually, semi-automatically or automatically by using the coiling machines. The automatic coiling machine usually online working with an extrusion line for synchronous insulation/jacket extruding+automatic coiling+automatic labeling+film wrapping+carton box packing, an robot with pneumatic arm is widely used to place the coils on pallets, which is the most labor-saving processing on the modern cable manufacturing industry.

TAIZHENG offers cable coiling machines for all types of round cables with a maximum diameter of 25 mm (1") and a maximum coil weight of 80 kg (176 lbs). Our coiling machines are available with one or two coiling stations, depending on model. According to customers’ need, we also developed the semi-auto coiling machine which is more suitable for flat cables or round cables with bigger diameters. The downstream equipment of shrink film heating device, binding machines, robot arm etc is optional for actual use.
