Title: VIP bonus
Dear GM

My id in game is Gary8reyes in S15 Shu. I wish to advise that for the weekend VIP bonus, I was unable to claim at all although the claim button is there. I do manage to claim the weekend gift though but not the VIP bonus. I am currently VIP 8 and hope you could assist to look into the matter. Appreciate you to credit whatever I was entitled in due course.

Apologies for the late reply.

It was last weekend VIP bonus for sat and sun. Supposed to have 60gold plus 2 shadow order and 1 advance summon order. Also have legion order but need gold to send. Appreciate you to look into the gold, shadow and advance summon compensation. Many thanks.

Yes, as you have mentioned above, VIP 1 players are able to enjoy 5 explore times per day. However, these chances are not FREE. For VIP 4 and the higher VIPs, a certain number of FREE explore chances are offered according to their VIP Level every day. Thanks for your support~
