Dear players, recently some APK players have reported the login issue（stop at the "Enter the Game"） to us and we have worked hard to fix the it. Now we have come out with a solution.
Pls open this link:http://cdn.heyshell.com/…/yttxen-anden-8.1.2-facebook-20150… and download the game.
In this version, you will not encounter the login problem. However, if you still cannot login, pls contact us at once and we will help you in no time.
Also, pls tell this news to your friends who also are troubled with this problem, thank you very much.
In the end,we are sorry that this trouble has last for some time, sincere apology here. Wish you can continue enjoy COTK, have fun!

What is the latest version for Android and iPhone? My Android version is 8.1.3 and my iPhone is 8.1.0. iPhone takes very long time to enter the game but Android still stuck at entering game screen.

After you update the latest APK for Android, is it still stuck at the 'Enter the game' page?
Please make sure your network is under good condition and the cache has been cleared, thanks.

You have to actually uninstall the game first then download from heyshell . If use Andriod download APK

Does the problem still exist? Please update the new version and clear cache before entering game under good network condition. Sorry for the trouble.

Yes, on android apps, I can't login anymore. Only 1 day after upgrade the app, I can play, next day till now, I can't login

Please clear the cache first and then relog under good network condition.
If it does not work, screenshots will be helpful.

The answer and solution only make the member more and more angry because I think they only care about the money we spend to recharge.. same like if you can't play again is not my business because I already have your money..
All this complained never get solution..
Maybe Heyshell don't know how to fixed the problem and only know how to get money....
They only make new server to get more and more money from new member.. they don't want to fixed the problem seriously... or maybe they don't know how to fixed..
When this game is don't have any member again, they don't care because they already have much much money to start new business..
Soon or later there will be come someone who starting a movement campaign "say no to cotk"

I concur with what you are saying . I got the same problem from my old account. where I created a new account and start all over. Now the problem comes up again, my new account direct me to create a new game!!???..

Just to share with everybody. Me as a new player without VIP status. 1st account cannot login after mulitple try. 2nd account can login but to create a new game page!!! check with dear developer. reply as such "Not available to find your account without IGN and server." I kinda like this game 2 weeks back but with all this b***s**it ..Goodbye!

hi, I cant login for 2 days, just shows Enter the game forever nonstop so I uninstall and reinstall back the program, i was asked to login again, i forgot what is my login so i select login thru Facebook, i lost all my levels i had played until level 82, now i had to start from zero ?
