Title: quiz event bugged?
before latest update, i can enter quiz event... but now no more... when ask other player their also complaint unable to enter quiz event

Dear Commander, thank you for the feedback. Quiz's starting time is according to GMT +8, and it will end in 10minutes for there are only 20 questions with 20 seconds answering time for each. So, if you join that event after 12:40 GMT +8, you are not able to get in. We will check the problem, and if there's really a problem,we'll ask the programmers to repair it.

i'm aware that coz my time is GMT +8 and 1 more thing before i forget, the last 3 of 20 question seem not refresh.. i have to do wild guess the answer for the last 3 question..please look into this also

Thanks for your reminder commander, we'll also check this. And can you join the other events in the game? For example, The Pacific Ocean War and Free Oil?

The event only last 10 minutes. From 12:30 to 12:40.

as i say at 1st post... i'm able to enter quiz event BEFORE update & now no more after updated. that mean all those timing i'm well aware. when time for quiz it simply said not open yet...

Dear commander, please give us the screen shoot when the bug happened. We have informed the programmer about this problem, we are checking it from yesterday.
Please give me your charaeter name and uid,you can find your uid when you tap your charccter icon.
And if your friends have this problem, please tell us.And write their charaeter name and uid here.
If the proble was confirmed, we will make a compensation to you and your friends.

Dear commander, did you recharge in s2 or s1? and by which way did you recharge, direct recharge, "point exchange" or "MOL card"?
The 3x event in s1 and s2 are two individual events, so if you recharge in s1, the payback you get is in s1, not s2;
and if you are sure you recharge in s2, but you recharge by "point exchange" way, there won't be 3x diamond payback.

Fox example:  ios  iphone6  ios version8
2,when did you start the game met the BUG
Fox example:  Today i started it at 9:00am until met the bugs .
3,what's your smart phone's time zone?
Fox example:  i set in "date" GMT+7
4,Did you try restart the game ?

2)few day after game latest update, open the game to claim free oil, wait until 12.30pm to enter quiz event but it say "not open yet"
3)GMT +8
4)Yes, try restart few time still say "not open yet" until event time ended
