To get ready for D.Wei make sure you fufil the conditions and know how to manual battle.
The only hard stage will be the z.liao stage only
I'm not high vip player. All my experiences are trial and error using gold and my hard earn money. I wanna share info so more beginner players will have better understanding and enjoy this game.

Purely Guidelines. I cannot remember the exact stats when i got D.Wei

Because the terrain take place mostly at Plain
Generals you truly need
Non Vip player
Zhu Rong , X.Dun, Tsci, Xuchu, Zhoutai

Why Zhu Rong over H.Zhong because of her plain terrain bonus which makes her more powerful than H.zhong

Vip player
All purple generals. choose 5
X.Dun, Tsci, Xuchu, Zhoutai, Diao Chan, Zhenji, Cai Wenji, H.Zhong

Equipment Refine/Liegeman
all lvl4 minimun
Per equipment piece at least 2 slots of the desire refine traits
Example
Skill Attack
Skill Attack
Harm rate
You have best possible 2 desire slots out of 3 slots.

Liegeman just select the combos that boost the desire traits for the generals that you are using.

Zhurong - Attack,Harm (Boost dmg for her skills and terrain also)
X.Dun -  Attack... Add some harm if u want since he got Terrain +15%
Zhoutai -  Attack
Caiwenji -  Attack

Tsci - Skill attack
H.Zhong - Skill Attack

Xuchu -  Rise Immu Rate
Diao Chan/Zhenji - Either Rise Immu Rate, skill defense, defense

Armament

Polish Min 12 stars

Horcux
Storm give zhoutai during his terrain stage battles else give tsci to increase his skill armor break damage
Storm +12%
Defend +2%
Resist Mechanization +2%

As a general guideline
Top 3 60,60,60
bottom 3 30,30,30
Gems 10,10,10,10,10,10 or 9,9,9,9,9,9 ( I forget which set when i get D.Wei )

Foster
All your 5 heros
Attack - 150 minimun
Rest don't need to bother.

I will make a guide on Guojia with pictures once i got him.. Reaching him soon . dam you last row caocao!

I can get coz i have d.chan... all can try with low arma if u have special lady... ;)

Well sir,
FYI, first you must get to level 195
And then there will be a new Elite Instance to get Oda Nobunaga, in there you will encounter many general from Japan
You will want Oda Nobunaga in your party because he is far more stronger than Cao Cao, one of his abilities is he can slay 2 row of enemies
Just trust us

Well sir,
IMO the best special female hero is Alicia Melchiott
She's carrying a rifle that can one shot any other special female hero
Also she can transform into a valkryie that can use magic which can easily annihilate entire army not only 1 row or 2 raw but all enemy unit in the battlefield will be annihilate
