Title: Top-up Channels for Facebook Users
The top-up channels for Facebook users have changed due to the adjustment of FB.
For players who recharge via their FB account, after clicking [attach]2472[/attach] in game, you will no longer open the SHOP page on FB. Now you will go to the top-up page on Heyshell platform (pic 1 below). Here are two ways for you:
1. If you have Paypal, MOL eWallet, MOL Point Card, Gudang Voucher or Fortumo, you can choose to recharge points.

And then you can exchange your points into Gold by clicking the icon ‘Home’ (pic 2) on top right of the screen to go back to our home page and click the red button ‘Play Now’ on COTK page (pic 3) or just go to http://www.heyshell.com/cot/ directly.

On our home page, pls click the icon ‘Recharge’ (pic 4) to open the exchange page (pic 5).

This is also the channel we RECOMMEND because you can gain more gold this way.

2. If you prefer to recharge like before (via credit/debit cards like VISA), you need to log in to game on FB web page https://www.facebook.com/ClashofThreeKingdoms, then start the game and click SHOP to recharge points (pic 6&7).

Only browsers are available for RC through FB account now. Sorry for the trouble.

Sorry that your heyshell account can not be linked with fb id in this case. We advise you to log in to game with your fb id next time. Thx for your support.

Dear GM I'm used fb login just like usually suddenly my Sony z1 become laggy then the fb password AF forgot then when I get back in a moment I play but the guest interface login have change can yeah find my char back born2kill /guinld X_CLAN sincerely cute player

Since you log in to game via FB account and you have found it back. Now you could continue to use that FB acc to enter COTK. Pls make sure the server is right.

i playing with FB account. i can't recharge when payment new style. i can recharge before. now my problem is ... i'm from Myanmar ( South east asia) . i have Master Debit card. but i can't find my country name at country list.. so ?

If you choose the wrong server, make sure you play in the new server.

On FB page, please click Shop and then choose the number of points you would like to recharge. On the list of country, Myanmar seems to be the last one of 'M' countries.
